Attribution period 90 days from written approval — extendable if there is active commercial momentum. Stops indefinite claims while protecting live opportunities.
Commission trigger Signed terms → completed placement → client invoice paid. Aligns payout to realised cash, not forecast.
Commission amount 20% of profit margin on the first placement. Optionally 10% on repeat placements within 12 months. Rewards acquisition without overpaying account growth.
Contract placements For contract / freelance / secondment placements, you earn 20% of our monthly profit margin every month the candidate continues working in the same role under the same contract — paid monthly alongside client invoicing. Recurring revenue, as long as the placement runs. Aligns your reward with the lifetime value of the placement, not a one-off event.
Exclusions No commission on self-generated inbound, existing clients, or leads already active in our CRM. Prevents disputes and channel conflict.
Payout timing Within 14 days of client payment receipt and post-guarantee confirmation. Protects cash flow and candidate rebate risk.
Compliance No misleading claims, spam, or use of our brand without written approval. Protects reputation and legal exposure.

Questions partners ask first.

When does a referral become approved?
After we confirm in writing that the account is new, fits our target market, and is assigned to you for the attribution period. We aim to do this within five business days.
Why pay on profit margin and not gross fee?
Margin-based commission protects delivery economics and keeps incentives aligned with the quality of the placement rather than fee size alone. It also means partners and Noordt & Co. are pulling in the same direction.
What if two partners claim the same company?
First approved referral in our CRM is the source of truth — unless there is written evidence that another partner created the commercial opening earlier.
Do I earn on every future placement from that client?
You earn the full 20% on the first placement arising from your introduction. After that, we may offer a lower tail commission (typically 10%) for a limited period on additional placements within 12 months.
How do contract placements work?
Contract, freelance, and secondment placements pay differently from permanent: you earn 20% of our profit margin every month the candidate continues working in the same role under the same contract. Paid monthly, in line with our client invoicing. As long as they're in the seat, you're earning. This often outperforms a one-off permanent commission over the life of a placement.
What if the placement falls through during the guarantee period?
Commission is paid after the candidate rebate / guarantee window has expired. If a placement is reversed within that window, the payout is adjusted accordingly. This protects everyone.
